Milk Stout

Milk Stout

Milk stout, also known as cream stout or sweet stout, is a style of stout that is sweeter and less bitter than any other style of stout.  It’s called milk stout because it is brewed with lactose (milk sugar) which adds creaminess and sweetness to the beer.  The roasted character of the dark malts blends wonderfully with the rich body and sweetness to create smooth and satisfying milk stout.
