Woollybugger Wheat

A traditional German-style Hefeweizen brewed from Montana-grown 2-row malt, imported German wheat malt and German Hallertauer hops. This traditional wheat beer has the classic clove-banana flavor profile found in authentic German weizenbiers. We employ the classic German Weizenbeer yeast strain and a traditional “creeping” fermentation to get just the right balance of ester & phenolic flavors.

Food and Cheese Pairing Suggestions:
