Singlemalt IPA dry-hopped with three relatively new hop varieties. Idaho Gem impart pineapple, cherry, candied fruit, herbal and spicy. Sabro impart distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. Ariana is said to be ideal for dry hopping when it releases grapefruit, gooseberry, citrus and vanilla flavors.
Woollybugger Wheat is a traditional German Hefeweizen. We added fresh strawberries and vanilla to this cask to ramp up the fruit flavors.
Brewed to support the Symphony Under the Stars, this version of the Symphony Pale is dry-hopped with Amarillo hops. Amarillo have a very distinct orange flavor as well as some tropical fruit.
Kolsch Style Ale with fresh sage and local honey.

Berliner Weisse with fresh cherries. Berliner Weisse is a light German ale with slightly tart flavor and low alcohol content.
