Community Night to support our partner Greg Wermers and the Walk to Defeat ALS Montana

Join us for a Community Night to support the ALS Walk Montana and our friend and co-owner Greg Wermers.

Tuesday, September 8th from 5:00-8:00. $1 for every beverage sold will be donated to the Merry Hanksters Team walking in the ALS Walk Montana in Missoula on September 13th.

Our story

THE MERRY HANKSTERS

On September 26, 2024 our dear friend Greg Wermers and Blackfoot River Brewing Legacy Partner (aka “Hank”) was diagnosed with ALS. We know Hank will face this challenge with the same determination and positive attitude he exhibits in everything he does. And his family and wide circle of friends will be right next to him with love and support along the way.

The Merry Hanksters team was formed to participate in the Missoula Walk to Defeat ALS®. Our team is committed to raising money to support people in our community with ALS and spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure. Please consider joining our team in the Walk to Defeat ALS® or choose a team member from the list and donate to our cause!

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP

Every 90 minutes a person in this country is diagnosed with ALS and every 90 minutes another person will lose their battle against this disease. ALS occurs throughout the world with no racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic boundaries.

That’s why we’re participating in the Walk to Defeat ALS. To bring hope. To raise awareness. To provide resources and services to families free of charge. To help unlock the mystery of ALS and find the key to treatments and a cure. Will you join us?
