Single Malt IPA
Our Single malt I.P.A. is brewed from 100% Crisp Maris Otter No19 barley – no specialty malts, no blending. Single Malt is generously hopped with Northwest-grown hops including Simcoe, Citra, Centennial and Cascade. This amazing malt gives it a golden color, with a medium body. The hop bouquet adds a full hop flavor with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
