Japanese Lager

The Blackfoot Japanese Lager is a light, Pilsner-style lager that is brewed with pilsner malt and approximately 30% rice.  The use of rice combined with Northern Brewer and EKG hops, which are known for earthy green tea characters, results in a very clean, crisp body with a semi-dry finish.
