This British-style ale is a traditional Extra Special Bitter (ESB). It may have been considered to be a bitter beer historically but not in today’s beer world. Blackfoot’s ESB is deep amber to copper in color, full-bodied, with well-balanced malt & hop bitterness.
The ESB is crafted to remove gluten.
It’s a British-style ale so how about some fish & chips. This would also go well with meatloaf or roasted chicken. A mild English cheese such as Lancashire or Leicester would be good with this beer.
