Azacca Single Malt IPA

This is a version of our Singlemalt IPA that is brewed exclusively with Azacca hops.

Azacca hops were recently released in 2013 from a hop grower in Washington State.  This hop produces a very smooth bitterness that has a semi-dry finish.  The citrusy flavor and aroma has characters of blood orange, apple, pear, stone fruit, and a hint of pine.

  • ABV: 6.9%
  • Original Gravity: 1.061
  • Terminal Gravity: 1.016
