The Pils Royale is a great example of a Double Pilsner, which is approximately twice as strong as a traditional Pilsner which is crisp, clean and refreshing. This beer was designed to be 8.7% alcohol while maintaining those same qualities.
This beer is a light and bright yellow with a long lasting creamy white head. The German pale malt gives it a touch of malty sweetness. Three different varieties of Noble hops give it a distinguished floral hop aroma and flavor with a soft bitterness. Since it was brewed with a Lager yeast strain and conditioned for five weeks, it’s crisp, smooth and well balanced. If I were a King, I’d drink it!
