Trappist Single

Trappist Single is a light Belgian ale with the lowest alcohol percentage of the Belgian series; Single, Dubbel, and Trippel.  Trappist Monks usually brew this style for their personal consumption.

 

Trappist Single is light in color with a well attenuated, slightly dry body, and Belgian yeast characters that are fruity as well as spicy.
