Dr. Rudi is a New Zealand hop variety that is named to honor the breeder who is largely considered the father of New Zealand’s hop program, Dr. Rudi.

Brewed as a single malt/single hop, the Dr. Rudi hop offers bright aromas of lemon grass, pine, and earthy characters, while the Maris Otter adds a light, bready malt sweetness.

This beer is crafted to remove gluten.
