Doppelbock – Gulch Distillers Rum Barrel Aged

This German-style dark lager is made from imported Munich and Vienna malts and hopped with noble German hops.  We aged our Doppelbock in fresh rum barrels from the Gulch Distillers for 5 1/2 months.  The barrel aging adds flavors of spiced rum and oak to this full-bodied, malty lager.
