Tropical Sour

The Blackfoot’s Tropical Sour is “kettle soured” with lactobacillus prior to boiling to decrease the PH.  Post fermentation the Tropical Sour is infused with pineapple, mango, and peach, as well as a Mosaic and Simcoe dry hop.  This results in an amazingly refreshing, juicy, sour ale with a surprisingly creamy body.
