Kolsch Style Ale – Crafted to Remove Gluten

Kölsch is a German style ale that is traditionally brewed in the Cologne region of Germany.  Kolsch resembles a light lager; it could be considered the pilsner of ales.  It is fermented at a lower temperature (for an ale) and lightly hopped to create a very delicately balanced beer.  The appearance is a nice straw yellow and the aroma gives the hint of noble hops.  The body is light, crisp and refreshing.

Kolsch is crafted to remove gluten.
