Blackfoot’s Irish Red Ale is a crisp red color with brilliant clarity. The malts create a subtle sweetness with hints of biscuit, caramel, and toffee, with a touch of roasted dryness on the finish. In contrast to American Red Ales, hops do not have a major flavor contribution in Irish Red Ales. This is a very smooth and slightly malt forward ale with a clean balanced finish.
