This Belgian Pale is brewed with Montana grown and Malted barley, British and Canadian wheat, a variety of European noble hops, and Belgian yeast. It’s a beautiful straw yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma and flavor of this beer comes primarily from the Belgian yeast strain used. The flavor and aroma is fruity and sweet with notes of pear and orange peel. The Belgian fermentation creates a soft and creamy body. The two types of wheat used add some malty sweetness with a hint of toasted biscuit character. The noble hops are present enough to cut through that sweetness to leave this beer with a dry refreshing finish.
