Tropical Gose

The Blackfoot’s Tropical Gose is “kettle soured” with lactobacillus prior to boiling to decrease the pH.  Post fermentation the Tropical Sour is infused with passionfruit blood orange, and pink guava.  Tropical Gose is a refreshing, fruit forward sour ale that will transport you to the beaches of Hawaii.
