Cara Cara Orange Gose

The Blackfoot River Gose is “kettle soured” with lactobacillus prior to boiling. Sea salt was added to the boil to mimic the salinity of the water in Goslar, Germany.  The addition of Cara Cara Orange creates a mimosa like character to this refreshing sour beer.
