Blackfoot River Brewing Company’s White IPA is brewed with wheat, flaked oats, lemon peel, coriander, and Saison yeast. It’s a fruity, citrusy, spicy, refreshing version of an American IPA, but with a lighter color and the distinctive yeast and/or spice flavors typical of a Belgian ale. The Belgian yeast, lemon, coriander and hops add the lemon/citrus aroma and flavor while producing a finish that is slightly dry, tart, and with a refreshing bitterness.
