Cryo Cascade IPA

Cryo hops are flash frozen with liquid nitrogen, causing the leafy ends of the hop cone to become brittle and to break off.  This process results in only the most flavorful and aromatic parts of the hops making it into the beer.

 

Cryo Cascade IPA is powerfully aromatic. The floral, citrus and grapefruit notes are balanced with a smooth bitterness and a clean finish.
