Vienna Malt IPA

This variation of our Singlemalt IPA is made with 100% Weyermann Vienna Malt instead of Glenneagles Maris Otter.  We kept our hops exactly the same so we could truly taste the difference in the malts.  Vienna malt is a lightly kilned malt that is darker than pale malt and is traditionally used in German lagers.  Vienna malt creates a nice golden color and adds lager like qualities with toasted biscuit aromas and a slightly dry finish.

  • Original Gravity: 1.064
  • Terminal Gravity: 1.012
