New England Galaxy IPA

New England IPAs are a variation of American IPAs that are gaining popularity across the country.  New England Style IPAs have less hop bitterness, but a ginormous amount of hop aroma and flavor.  This New England Style IPA was brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops.  Galaxy hops are an Australian variety with a high oil content that produces powerful aromas of citrus, peach, and passion fruit.
