Ales for ALS Pale Ale
Ales for ALS started in 2013 when a hop grower’s family in Washington was affected by ALS. They created a special hop blend that they donate to breweries to raise money for ALS research. Since 2013 Ales For ALS has raised over 10 million dollars for the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Blackfoot will be donating $1 per beer sold to help find a cure for ALS.
This piney and citrusy Northwest Style Pale Ale is brewed exclusively with the ALS hop blend. Raise a glass to Greg Wermers, one of Blackfoot’s founding partners who is battling ALS.
