American Strong Ale- Whiskey Barrel Aged

The American Strong Ale is a full-flavored American ale that challenges and rewards the palate with full malty and hoppy flavors. The flavors are bold but complementary, and are stronger and richer than average-strength pale and amber American ales.  This whiskey barrel aged version was aged for 2 months and then dry hopped after.  The barrels add strong flavors of oak and vanilla.
