Blackfoot’s Belgian Quad is a fantastic beer of the style! Stronger than a Tripel at 12.8%, and much like a Double with its deep ruby amber color, the Blackfoot Belgian Quad is malt forward with no noticeable hop presence. The grain bill and the four yeast strains used create a complex malt body with characters of dried dark fruits, chocolate, toffee, and an extremely smooth, slightly spicy, creamy finish.
