Holter Pale Ale
This single malt, single hop pale ale was brewed in conjunction with the opening of The Holter’s new W Creative Center. Proximity’s Pilsner malt is the backbone for this beer, giving it a mild and sweet malty flavor and is complimented by the Amarillo hop used, which impart a distinct floral aroma and notes of lemon and tangerine. This SMASH Pale Ale is bright, balanced, and has an approachable bitterness.
