This is our classic Singlemalt IPA recipe brewed with a lager yeast strain while everything else is the same: same malted barley, same hops. Being a lager, the IPL was fermented at a cooler temperature and cold conditioned for an extended period of time.
The change from ale yeast to lager yeast creates a bright, clear, crisp lager that is lighter in body than the IPA. Try side by side with the classic IPA and determine for yourself the character that Lager yeast adds to beer.
