Saphir Single Malt IPA

This is a version of our Singlemalt IPA, that is brewed exclusively with Saphir hops imported from Germany.  This beer follows in line with the other “single hop “ IPA varieties we have made, including Simcoe and Citra IPA. Safir is a new variety of hop created by the Hull Hop Research Institute in Germany, and is known for its superior tangerine-citrusy aroma and respectable bittering ability.  In this IPA, the hop aroma comes across floral –perfume, and finishes with a slight citrus hop flavor.

  • Original Gravity: 1.061
  • Terminal Gravity: 1.016
