Southern Hemisphere IPA

An experimental IPA brewed with a trio of Southern Hemisphere hops – Galaxy, Nectaron, and Motueka. Southern Hemisphere IPA pours hazy with a lemon chiffon appearance. It is packed with vibrant notes of passionfruit, peach, and lime zest. A soft, juicy body gives way to a crisp, slightly drier finish that highlights the expressive character of these southern-grown hops.
