Cold Pale Lager

Crisp, clean, and dangerously drinkable.  Brewed with pale malt, rice and a touch of wheat for a light, refreshing body that finished bone dry.  Tropical and citrus hop aroumas from Lemon Drop, Nectaron, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Vist keep things bright without the bitterness.  Cold fermented and slow conditioned – just the way a lager should be.
